We stopped for a quick dinner at Bella where we have eaten many times before, usually the grilled vegetables and a pizza. this time we tried other dishes, the pasta in a blush vodka sauce and the pasta fagioli ""soup."" Both were excellent. The vodka sauce was flavorful without being overwhelming with a little prosciutto and peas. The soup qualifies as good, down to earth homemade. I will try to come close. The only thing lacking is really good bread, something more authentically Tuscan with greater density and character.
