My sister and I took our mother to this salon because we had a coupon, and we were going to have our nails done for an upcoming cruise/birthday celebration for my mom's 50th birthday. When we walked in the door we were warmly greeted, the process was explained, and we were offered free refreshments to take to our pedicure stations. Tracy took care of my mother's and my pedicures, and was very receptive to our unique needs (I have very sensitive skin and my mother's nerves are very sensitive in her feet and hands). She also helped us pick the perfect nail color and explained how to make our polish last as long as possible. Tracy took my mom to have her manicure, my sister's full set was taken care of by Peter, and I was introduced to Jennifer. We were very impressed with the family-like atmosphere and loved the conversation with our technicians. As we left we were given many wishes for a wonderful cruise and my mother was told happy birthday at least 10 times. We left with wonderful nails and a new loyalty to this salon.

Cons: Slightly hard to find, but worth it to look!
