I bought a used car knowing the APR was 9.0 but Sean (the finance manager) was 98% sure he could do better. I recieved a message on my cell phone saying ""we got it, and I need you to come sign the paperwork"". I was excited becuase I thought Sean got a lower interest rate. Come to find out they wanted me to sign a 10% APR.
