I had a group of 25 people here awhile ago. I figured after some research this was the closest place that was kid-friendly to St. Patrick's. First they didn't have a enough seats for my party, eventhough the place was empty. Second, I had to tell them to take the drink order, eventhough it was included. Third, I told the waiter 3 time my order and he still got it wrong. On our pre-fixe menu, it says, one of our famous serafina pizzas to see its just one type of pizza, plain. To top it off, the dessert that was a kind of jello type was served to share. They just put a few in the middle of the tables and spoons, no seperate plates. I was so embarassed. They finally brought the plates out and my guests were sliding their desserts onto their plates. And then at the end, they added 20% tip to the bill and we left. I usually give more than 20%, especially for a big group, but the service was did not deserve it. I complained to the event manager, all she offered was a free meal. If I didn't enjoy it the first time, what makes you think I'm going to come back even free.
