Dr. Lifshen himself seemed like a courteous and professional enough guy. He was recommended by another doctor. The problems are the practice in general, the wait, the staff, and the charges. I waited almost an hour to be called from the waiting room. It was another 15-20 minutes before I actually saw the doctor. The staff seemed pretty apathetic. But the thing that got me irritated was when they charged me $10 every time I need a prescription refill to be authorized! I've never heard of ANY doctor office doing that. So every time Walgreens faxes them a refill authorization, I get mailed an invoice for another $10. That's ridiculous. No wonder healthcare is out of whack.
Pros: Competent doctor
Cons: Office staff, long wait, excessive charges
