THE OWNER AND EMPLOYEES OF THIS SHIPPING FACILITY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. THEY COULD SURE USE A LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS FACILITY, GO DIRECTLY TO UPS, OR EZMAIL IN THE SAME SHOPPING CENTER WHICH SHIPS UPS, FEDEX AND DHL. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF THE UPS STORE ON ARBOLES. OWNER IS SO RUDE AND WHEN I MADE A VERBAL COMPLAINT TO UPS REGARDING THE POOR SERVICE, SHE KNEW EXACTLY WHO REPORTED HER AND NOW MY SERVICE THERE IS EVEN WORSE THAN EVER BEFORE. I WOULD NOT EVER USE THIS FACILITY EXCEPT WHEN IN A BIND TO GET A PRINTED DROP OFF RECEIPT. PS DON'T TRY TAKING THE FREE ENVELOPES FOR SHIPPING YOUR ITEM IN, THEY WILL YELL AT YOU AND THROW A HUGE SCENE IN FRONT OF ANY AND ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE FACILITY!!!
