what's the point of a take out order when my order wasn't even processed? if i told my dog what i wanted it would've had the same effect. when i went to pick up my order - hey, hey they have no idea what i'm talking about. \r

manager named kevin was rude and unprofessional as is the case with most of the staff there. \r

incompetent employees is a recipe for disaster. started with the idiot who was unable to take down my order, was followed up by 4 employees doing nothing but looking at me when i was waiting at the register and ended with being treated poorly by an idiot of a manager. i'm sure if i followed the chain up, i'd see useless employees at all levels.
Cons: horrible service by rude, unprofessional staff
