My husband got hearing aids from Dr. Chironis off the internet we thought just \r
didn't work well. But he was with another relative at a real ear specialist and \r
they were squealing. Well, that audiologist took a look and they were programmed\r
all wrong for his hearing. She re-programmed them then made him a new mold \r
that fit better. His problems are solved. there was nothing wrong with the hearing\r
aids themselves. We called Chironis and his girl so they'd help others but they \r
wouldn't even return our phone call. California Consumer Affairs told us his\r
fitter isn't an audiologist. That's an educated professional who understands\r
hearing and sound.
Pros: convenient location in a nice medical building
Cons: flash visits, imprecise, unlicensed person doing audiology, expensive hearing aids.
