It was a classic staffing issue, one waitress who didn't really know what she was doing and couldn't remember anything you needed... maybe 5 tables had customers. We didn't get attended to for 15 minutes and a ""regular"" came in and got all her drinks and order taken immediately while we sat starving... the one waitress was waiting tables, bartending and taking to-go orders and wasn't good at it to begin with so what can you expect... eventually another girl showed up and sort of helped by cleaning plates and taking instructions from the waitress...
