Customer service is top rated! The ladies are always available to answer questions and to assist you with your purchase. The store is small, but you can really get in there and test drive the cribs, car seats, strollers, chairs, etc. I've purchased the Munire Savannah crib, dresser and mirror as well as glider rocker and ottoman. The furniture they carry is top quality. You really get what you pay for. The best thing they offer, in my opinion, is the ability to spread out payments for high priced items. I don't know what the restrictions are, but I was able to put half down on all the furniture I ordered. They even offer a baby registry!
