I would never recommend this woman to make a decision for my shoes, let alone a child. This woman favors domestic violence perps, and step parents who have every intention of keeping the child away from the biological mother. Charlene overlooks abundence of evidence of violence, emotional, mental abuse all in her cause of 'the least amount of work for the most pay'. She fails to write comprehensive reports, and fails to act in the best interests of children, leaving them with abuser's.
