I was a little nervous going into Demetrios because I heard they are sometimes rude and snotty. My experience was amazing!!!! Michelle was my attendant and she goes above and beyond any service that I experienced while looking for the perfect gown for my July 2009 wedding. I can not speak for the alteration department, for I am still awaiting my dress to come in, but Michelle gave me her entire attention and made me feel like every bride looking for her perfect gown should feel! She used to be a wedding planner and now helps brides look their most beautiful! She greets with a cheerful smile, asked me some initial questions on what type of dresses appeal to me and then she went up and down the isles and pulled the perfect dresses!! She nailed exactly what I was looking for, the hardest part was deciding which one! She goes into the dressing area with you, helps you into the dresses while the panel of girls you've brought in get to sit and relax, then you are presented to them! This is definately the experience I dreamed of and found my dream dress! Thank you Michelle for your time and help!!!!
