My car has been in the shop for two weeks. I had only minor damage. The original due date passed without a call explaining why my car was not ready. I had to call the next day (Friday) to find out the NEW DUE DATE was Tuesday after the weekend. Tuesday rolls around and again, no call from Gene's. So I call before closing that day and receive another due date. They told me they just had to paint the hood and it would probably be out the next day or Thursday, but probably Thursday. Well, today is Thursday and it is about 12:00, with no call from Gene's. If it might have been done yesterday and ""will definitely be done today"" why have I not received a call? I am going to make a personal appearance today whether my car is ready or not. TWO DEADLINES IS WRONG BUT THREE?? C'MON!
