While the properties managed by Kauri may seem attractive and enticing, the service from Kauri (or the lack thereof) is embarrassing. I live in a Kauri owned building and it takes weeks to get any repairs done. The workmanship of the buidling is questionable. The heat doesn't work well, the air conditioner doesn't work well....and the response is basically ""tough luck"". I would not recommend this company to anyone. They don't even return your phone calls so you can discuss your issues with them. As long as they get your rent money every month, that's all they care about. I hope this place stays vacant for 2 years. Maybe it will teach these people how to take care of their customers.
