I decided that i was going to start treating myself to a monthly massage to help alleviate some tightness in my back. I was looking for an uptown location with friendly staff and of course that gave a great massage. Well, i found all of that with Sabai Body Temple. The ambience of the studio really puts you in a relaxed state. Jessika was my therapist and she is very personable, attentive and makes me feel very comfortable. There are a variety of oils to choose from to suit your needs/wants and after your massage you can take as much time as you need to pull yourself together. There is a nice sitting room to relax in afterwards where Jessika went over how the massage went. She's recommended some easy stretches i could do that may also help with my tightness, which was much appreciated. Overall, my experience at Sabai will keep me coming back. Very friendly, very reasonably priced, knowledgeable and a great massage.
