I am afraid of needles so it took a lot of convincing for me to try acupuncture. I'm so glad I got past my fear which turned out to be no big thing. Mary is very good at calmly talking you through the process and the office environment truly reflects her calm, peaceful, but hip personality. I first tried it as a last result for a skin thing. Now I find relief for my, former, chronic back pain, my occassional sinus headaches, and have even had good results in curbing my appetite. The results have been amazing.
