This store is attractive, and the staff seems friendly and knowledgeable. However I was promised 4 week delivery and it took 12. They also demand payment in full at the time of the sale rather then a deposit and balance due upon delivery.

Many of my phone calls to the owner Juliet went without followup or a return call, delivery appointments were not kept and overall customer service was lacking.
