Went with a few friends today at lunchtime. Got there at noon, and we weren't surprised at the long line. But when we finally got in the doors, we could see why the line took over one hour. Absolute and total disregard for the customers waiting on a work day! The staff very calmly and SLOWLY made sandwiches, pausing to talk to anyone for any length of time about just about anything. I have every sympathy when servers are overworked and busy, but these three women barely worked! I felt it was total disregard for their customers, and disregard for the owner! Good meat, but really! I won't return.
