I left the salon today very upset. I was supposed to have my first appointment with Cami today, and went to a salon up the road by mistake. I made it to my appointment 5 minutes late to find that Cami had gone home. She didn't even bother to call me to see if I was just running late. This is not the way to get new customers.
Pros: It looked nice inside
Cons: Poor customer service
