I took my husband for their ""Just the two of us"" package. I bought it with one of their gift certificates. When we made the reservation they asked for a credit card to hold the room, no problem I gave it to them. When we checked in I let them know I had bought a gift certificate from them for this certain package. Then they need to see a credit card for any extras that may be charged. No problem I gave them one. After all was said and done I was charged full price times 3, over $1900.00. I have been trying to get all the charges reversed. It has been a nightmare! They seem to think this is all normal buisness. I will NEVER use one of their hotels again. So much for that relaxing, romantic weekend!
