hi all, well I lived living AT THE waterford apts, I moved out and gave a notis A monts notis,well I payed a full months rents and moved out before the middle of the month,well they charged me a large braking the lease fee and then I whole months rent and then I lost my damage depost and my secerty deposit, which was ok, but my my damage doposit, that was not fair and the Mgr there as soon as I told them I lost my job did in no way even try to unstand my issue, she just kept adding fees to me, I though It was a nice place to live but PLEASE look elsewhere,all they want is your Money,,,,, the asy mge sheri wwold not even talk to me or make eye contact after telling them what happend to me after loosing my Job, so as life goes I am returning the favor,,, they have no hart at the waterford apts, so if you have to break your lease look else where save your self alot of pain,, and they if I am late on making payments to make the the passed fees they will put it in my credit also, SO BEWEAR"" thanks,,
