I was looking to tag along with my friends when they decided they needed a controlled, hold you accountable fitness group to help lose the pounds of several years of abuse and laziness. When I completed the very first day I was ready to quit because the abuse I had done to my body did not like the new exercise and meals program. What a wake up call for me, I think in many ways I was in worse shape then my friends and would have never known it without 805 Boot Camp. But by the end of my first week I was so impressed that I kept showing up that the fact that I could not sit down, stand up or even lie down without incredible strain to my soar angry muscles, did not make me want to quit any more.
