Maria Soto, the director of Children's Express, is a very unstable woman. She is easily enraged and totally irrational. I would never allow my child or grandchild to be placed in her care! Please, please do NOT put your children at Children's Express. She's had complaints filed against her by both the City of Grand Prairie and the School District!
