I placed an order for a clock as a wedding gift. After 6 weeks the wedding came and went and it never arrived. After 3 months the clock never came. Repeated phone calls were always the same story - I'll get back to you with an answer as to when it will be shipped by Monday. And another Monday came and went until I was able to cancel the order. The price of the clock dropped as I was waiting for it and I was not given the lower price. Meanwhile my credit card was charged the whole amount from the original date. I placed the same order with another company for the cheaper price and received it 6 weeks later. Still have not received my refund. When I sounded frustrated on the phone - the owner APPALLED why I would be upset. When I asked if a refund check was sent 6 weeks after the order was canceled the owner's reply was, ""I can look it up but it would take 5 minutes and I'm not going to do it."" I have been waiting almost 5 months for something I paid for but he was not willing to spend 5 minutes to correct the problem. LAZY owner with WORTHLESS customer service! Life is hard enough, save yourself the time and energy - buy your clock somewhere else.
