I took my Miele Blue Moon vacuum into Northgate Sewing & Vacuum for repair. I had purchased the vacuum from them a few years ago and had them handle any repairs I've needed over the years. Unbeknownst to me, the business had changed ownership. I didn't know what was wrong with the vacuum, it simply wouldn't turn on. Thus, I took the entire vacuum in because I had a control panel on the wand. To make a long story short, they performed the repair (I think!), but I was given the vacuum back without the hose, wand or power head. They had no idea what happened to it and took and simply told me they must never had had these parts. Well they did! So I was charged for a $300 repair that they made to a vacuum that cost me $1,200 that is no longer useable. I would strongly recommend using someone else.
