I have used this service for several years to prepare an annual Christmas calendar for my family. In addition I use them for other business related jobs- copying, binding, signs, etc. Their work has always been done on time. I think some of their custom services are priced a bit on the high side. However, with printing jobs you are usually more concerned about getting it quickly and on time. I should also add that they never appear to have the friendliest people at the front counter but they do know the printing business.
