My four year old Refrigerator-Freezer stopped cooling. Of course, it's just out of the warranty period. I called Tom Fleshman based on the excellent internet reviews he has received. He really knows his stuff. I told him the problem and he diagnosed the likely bad part over the phone! He showed up the next day right on his stated time for the repair - no four to eight hour "wait" window. Sure enough - he was right about the bad part. The complete repair, from arrival to departure, took him all of fifteen minutes! Very reasonable on cost of the part and the service fees, too!
Pros: Very pleasant and conscientious tradesman - a rarity nowadays!
