I recently tried a place near my house and when I went to work with my new stripy highlights, my boss ""subtly"" dropped her girl's card on my desk. After looking at her website, I decided not to wait and I emailed Miss Jordana Lorraine right away (very cool that this is an option). She wrote back promptly and asked a few questions about my hair before booking me in. It made me feel like she cared about getting it right, not just getting me in. No big surprise: my hair looks awesome now! Better than ever! \r

She entered all my info in her Blackberry so I know she won't be guessing next time, and even checked back in with me a few days later, to see how it was working out. GREAT SERVICE!
