After my experience at Women's, I was nervous about being pregnant and almost ashamed, but my first appointment with Dr. James made me much more comfortable. She was very laid-back and had a wonderful bedside manner. I didn't feel like a lab specimen, she made me feel mine and the baby's health were what mattered. My pregnancy was stressful as my husband is a Marine and was in Iraq through 8 months of it. During delivery was when I really appreciated her the most. She stayed completely calm, which made me calm as well, and I was able to focus on pushing instead of worrying. She is a wonderful doctor. I would recommend her to anyone!
