I'm not a really tough critic, but this was one of the worst experiences ever. I was met up front with VERY poor customer service that continued through my brief stay. The cashiers were rude and didn't at all try to accomodate my easy request for a change to an item on the menu. The food was average at best and, in my opinion WAY overpriced for what it was. The only positive in the whole experience was when I walked out knowing that I'll never visit again.
