It is vietnamese food but ... not vietnamese cook. If I'm not wrong, the owner is a Chinese, and the cook is a guy in east Europe. I forgot the country but the waiter told me it is not Vietnamese cook. The food is expensive and ... bad. If you are a vietnamese, you would figure it out right away. That is why I asked the waiter if the cook was a vietnamese.
