Not hugely impressed. We got the lowest bid, but weren't really educated as to what we were getting - we got a unit with a low efficiency rating. I guess you get what you pay for. The owner was nice in order to secure our business, but was rude to another contractor we were working with when we had him out a 2nd time to do the energy audit. Seemed like he rushed the Austin energy audit too.
