This is definitely a great place to go have a hot lunch, especially in a time crunch. The wait staff are great, except for a few female asian waitresses who can be blunt and rude. The food is better than your average chinese food, so no issues. But over the phone and in person, that front desk register lady is lazy, unsmiling, smart-alecky with no customer service skills whatsoever. She dampens the good experiences people have in this restaurant and is the main reason for all these perceived inadequacies. In fact, I just called to order some pan-fried noodles today, where they were charging $10 for an alacarte order. So I jestingly asked ""so why is it so expensive"" to which the lady answered ""it is difficult to make pan-fried noodles, you know."" I wanted to suppress my laughter as I also cook asian food and it does not take too much energy to make pan fried noodles. So there, call it as you may. Good luck!
