I received a gift certificate for this salon from my boyfriend and was so excited to use it --- that is until I tried to schedule a service, they made me feel like it was a big inconvenience to them, upon arrival they repeatedly made underhanded comments about how busy they were and that I probably would not be able to get in for another appointment for 6 months. The treatments were shotty and very unfriendly. Overall an incredibly rude environement - I never used the rest of my gift certificate because the experience was so bad. Save your money for a real salon experience!
