Totally overcharged us, and would not admit it. The secretary was rude on the phone. We knew exactly what time they arrived and left, and adding travel time, it should have been less labor than they charged. I wonder how much they make just overcharging everyone? To top it off, the plumber left our toilet running. We had to adjust the chain ourselves to fix his mistake. Two thumbs down... find another plumber! (Or better yet, do it yourself?it?s not rocket science!)
