I have never been treated so rudely in my life, especially when it comes to a business such as this. Customer service should be number 1! In more than one call I was hung up on and put on hold mid-sentence, this was when I was asking for inforamtion, I had not even hired them yet. Today on the phone, I has asked the company to check on a personal item as it was very inportant to me and what the policy was for stollen property. This personal item had been moved and tampered with, so you can imagine my concern. The management basically said that it had been moved at my request (not true) ant that I should not be so quick to point fingers and accuse someone of stealing... I had simply asked about a policy, is that wrong?
