I am in the process of litigation to have my lease voided. Do not move here. The noise from Texas Street and Beck is unbearable, you can't hear your tv; also residents are allowed to be noisy and I've heard from my apartment residents yelling the gate code down to strangers so they can enter the premises. Not secure. I've had someone try to steal my car battery twice. Oh, and if you're thinking of sending the kiddies to the Walgreens across the street, I've seen and reported many a lude acts, narcotics dealsl, and fraudulent panhandlers in the parking lot during all hours of the day from my luxury patio view.
Pros: Actual apartments are nice, maintenence men are awesome.
Cons: Street noise, unsafe, too expensive, management lies, can't do math, incompetent. No one is made to clean up after their dogs.
