Service is abominable at this Firestone location. They took all day to replace two tires on my Tercel, too late to get it back to the shop for the inspection sticker. The next morning one of the new tires was flat, because they hadn't attached the valve correctly and all the air had leaked out around the stem. They refused to service us immediately, and made us wait another two hours because it "wouldn't be fair to all the customers who had already been waiting". Well gee, given that OUR transaction had started more than 24 hours earlier, I'd have to say we'd been waiting a helluva lot longer for service than the new poor slobs who'd only been waiting half a day. And, when trying to talk to the customer service rep, he kept making us wait while he quoted prices over the phone to someone merely comparison shoppping. But I guess since we'd already spent our money, it didn't matter whether we were happy or not, right?
I'm cutting up my credit card and mailing it to Firestone along with this review. That's just unacceptable customer service.
Pros: Easy access from IH-35, convenient if you have their credit card
Cons: Terrible customer service, sub-par installation on tires
