Our air conditioner went out the evening of the 49th day of 100 degrees and above this summer. The next day was also supposed to be over 100. We called that next morning before they opened and left a message figuring it could be a couple of days before anyone could come and worried about what it would cost. They called about 8:00 and said someone could be there at about 10:30 THAT morning. They arrived shortly after 10:00. There was a wiring problem that they carefully analyzed and quickly fixed. We were paying them at 10:30. It cost the same amount of them coming out! (At this writing that cost is $55!) This is the best service I have EVER had from a repair service.
