I have gone here for years, and found that he advised me well on what type of foam to buy to meet my needs and not to push a higher price item. Work was impeccable.. and even faster than promised. The person who complained about not getting a quote on the phone should know that there are too many variables for them to do that and be firm it is accurate. I had all my sofa cushions redone and now the dining chairs.. it was MUCH cheaper than replacing these expensive pieces and worth the money to get it done right.
