I am a first time dog owner and needed to get my new puppy seen quickly. The receptionist did not hesitate to give me an appointment and offered advice over the phone before I even entered the office. I felt very comfortable there as I have four children and am very observant of people's demeaner around them when it comes to medical care. I felt that all of my questions and concerns were satisfied. Also, they sent me out with a free first month supply of heartworm and flea treatments and I was not encouraged to buy things I did not need. I look forward to a long relationship with James Island Vet. Hospital.
