I want to apologize to the person who wrote the negative review. It's obvious you were disappointed. I can't be specific about your particular exam as I don't know who you are or when you were in. But I do agree. Waiting 2 hours is too long. Unfortunately, it can happen, occasionally. Although, with a routine exam, we do try to tell patients they may be here for about 1 1/2 hours because of dilation and possibly extra testing. That's why I pay for patient parking when they use the Rose parking structure. Thank you for your candid opinion.
