When there aren't shootings (I'm serious), fights or frequent coke deals in the bathroom this place can be tolerable at times. It seems if you're a young person it might be a good idea to go elsewhere because everyone there is either really old, weathered beyond their years, or is on something illicit. When there are younger women there they're usually from the dumpy strip joint across the street.
The bartenders are nice for the most part, however the one called Rocky has the worst attitude of them all. Always a smart-ass remark or comment. Annoying to say the least. The drinks are slightly cheaper than some of the surrounding watering holes which can be nice if you're on a budget.
Overall, the managment needs to fire the narcotic peddling employees and try to kick out all of the garbage. Until then it's still going to be the dump it's been for the past 5 or so years.
Pros: Cheaper drinks, a few nice patrons, local bar, can find a good conversation at times
