Since moving in, it has been a disaster. Upgrades to the community were supposed to start soon after we moved in. Our 1 year lease is up in a month and they just started. We have had to use showers in another apartment 8 times and find our own place to shower twice because the water to our building was shut off. Our living room flooded one night next to an outlet that was melting. The office staff has been nice but this place is a huge mess. Non-locking gates. Not secure and I never feel totally safe.
Pros: Easy Access to the "Strip" and 35/Tollway
Cons: Water is off alot, illegal substance users walking around
