Before looking for an engagement ring, I had spoke to many of my friends who had gone through the process and heard mostly horror stories of their difficulties in finding a jewlery store that they were comfortable with. That is until I spoke to a co-worker who said, ""Go to Gary at Lauren Diamonds. That's the ONLY place to go. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else. That is THE place."" After hearing my co worker's glowing remarks about Gary and his staff and looking at some of the reviews here, I decided to make it my first stop- and I didn't need to look any further. From the minute that I walked in, I was treated with great care and respect. Helen probably saw how anxious and nervous that I was, but she settled me down and made it such an easy and even, dare I say, pleasurable process. She listened to what I was looking for and found me the right diamond, as well as putting it in the setting that my girlfriend wanted. I'm not one who would usually write a review, but when I receive amazing service I like to share it with people. I train people in providing excellent customer service, and I am very particular in the places that I will spend my money. Unfortunately, we live In a day and age where most businesses lack great service and value, however, it is definitely not missing here. Lauren Diamonds exceeded my high expectations.
