Had trouble with my A/C, it was blowing hot air. Took it here and had the system recharged. Was charged almost $200. Left and A/C was still hot. Went back and asked for them to look at it again. Waited 2 hours and was told it was the evaporator and it would cost me about $1500. Asked for my money back. I finally got help from a mechanic friend who lives 100 miles away and he repaired it with a total cost of $120. One of the lines was clogged, that's all!! I was almost ROBBED!!! FYI: The manager who works in the mornings is very friendly and knowledgable. Never had a problem when he took care of me. But when I came in for the A/C, the other manager/assistant helped me. The manager (or assistant) who apparently works late afternoons doesn't seem to know what he is doing. I'll come in for simple repairs, but NOT for complicated stuff.
Pros: National Chain, simple repairs ok. Brakes and Mufflers are their STRONG SUIT
Cons: Late afernoon manager is slow and doesn't seem to know much about cars
