We checked in on a Saturday...and upon arrival we found insects all over the room, centipedes in the bathroom and even insects in the ice bucket. We went through and smashed them all and left for the day. When we arrived back that night we again found the hotel full of insects. We went and had the manager come to our room and were told we could check out and she would refund us. It has been three weeks and I have still not received a refund after contacting them on four occasions. Terrible service and disgusting hotel.
