The Cleats in North Royalton has a very boring atmosphere. If you do not go on a wing night, there will not be anyone there. Also they are way over priced, and have raised there wing night 'special' to .39 cents a wing! And do not order a draft beer at cleats in North Royalton, because they leave about 2 inches at the top.
My friends and I used to be regular customers of Cleats, but too many things have changed in the last couple of visits and we have decided not to go back.
Pros: good wing sauce
Cons: over-priced, no real 'specials', boring atmosphere
