Bought a beautiful French lacquered table, paid $70 for delivery and it arrived with an ugly split between two of the tabletop boards. The delivery company blamed WD, and WD blamed the delivery company. WD insisted that I pay $70 to have the delivery company swap out the table for an undamaged one! They in essence blamed me for the split, not their craftsmanship, making me pay for their mistake. A $1k table should survive a delivery, and if not, WD should make it right. They didn't. Exercise caution when working with them and their delivery service. You might just get stuck in the middle with no recourse.
Pros: Recycled sourcing and beautiful pieces
Cons: Don't stand by their woodwork; questionnable quality; poor service if you discover a defect
