I am insured by Liberty Mutual and I had to go get my car inspected by them and send a report back to the agency... I called them up and the conversation was not too pleasant. I asked if they did inspections for liberty mutual and he said ""yep"", and I then asked what time was best. He said, ""Now"". I replied that I couldn't come in now because I was at work and he said, very agitatedly, ""well what time IS good for you?"" I replied "" well, whats the best time besides now?"" and he repeated ""WHAT TIME IS GOOD FOR YOU"" more agitated even. And I said 5:00, and hes like nope and he said 4 o clock...... The whole conversation seemed like I was doing him a disservice by making an appointment with him, and his tone was extremely rude.
